一种CTO材料的合成、分离及其电流变特性研究(英文)

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶方法合成了一种新型草酸氧钛钙(CTO)粉体材料。这种粉体主要由纺锤状颗粒和一些无特定形貌的杂质颗粒组成。将这利粉体存乙二醇中超声分散,然后使用离心分离技术将其中的两种成分分开。使用X射线衍射,X射线电子能谱,红外光谱,扫描电子显微镜等手段表征了这两种成分的结构、化学组成、表面基团和表面形貌等特性。此外,我们还对这两种成分的电流变性能进行了比较。

【Abstract】 A new kind of Calcium-Titanium-Oxygen Precipitate(CTO) was obtained through a sol-gel method.The as-synthesized sample mainly consists of spindle like particles together with some irregular tiny aggregations.The particles were dispersed in glycol followed by an ultrasonic treatment.After that,the suspension was centrifuged at a fixed rate for different time to obtain the two components.X-ray diffraction,energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,Fourier transform spectroscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy and rheometer were utilized to examine the structure,chemical composition,surface bonds,morphology and electrorheological properties of the two components.
