PVA对沉淀法制备PZT钙钛矿粉体相形成和自由聚集的影响(英文)
Phase Formation and Free Agglomeration of the PZT Perovskite Powders Prepared via Precipitation Route:Effects of PVA
【摘要】 用添加PVA合成的凝胶前躯体制备出了尺寸分布窄并近似自由聚集的PZT钙钛矿粉体。分别用热失重和差热分析(TG/DTA),X射线衍射(XRD)及场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)研究其热行为,表征其相成分,观察其形貌。为了研究PVA对产物的影响,进行了改变PVA单体和金属离子摩尔比的一系列实验,结果表明,PVA的氧化作用和密封作用促进了PZT粉体的相形成并增加了粉体的团聚。
【Abstract】 Narrow size distribution and nearly free agglomeration of the PZT perovskite powders were derived from the composite gel precursors with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).Thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM) were employed to investigate the thermal behavior,to characterize the phase composition,and to observe the morphology,respectively.In order to investigate the effects of PVA,a series of experiments were performed by changing the mole ratio of the PVA monomers to the metal ions.The results reveal that the oxidation and encapsulation of the PVA promote the phase formation and improve the agglomeration of the prepared PZT perovskite powders,respectively.
