苄基三乙基氯化铵(BTEAC)-三氯化铝(AlCl3)离子液体电沉积铝研究

【摘要】 室温大气环境下,研究了BTEAC-AlCl3离子液体中铝在铜基体上的电沉积。考察了稀释剂苯和甲苯对离子液体电导率的影响。循环伏安和计时电流研究表明,铝在铜基体上的沉积过程为扩散控制的三维瞬时成核。在施加0.5V电压、电沉积3h的条件下,能得到均匀致密,与基体结合紧密的铝镀层,颗粒大小为1μm,厚度为8μm,纯度90%(质量分数)以上。

【Abstract】 Aluminium electrodeposition on copper substrates from benzyltriethylammonium chloride(BTEAC)-aluminum chloride(AlCl3) ionic liquid at ambient temperature was investigated.The influence of the diluents on the conductivity of the ionic liquid was considered.Analyses of the cyclic voltammograms and chronoamperograms indicate that the deposition process of aluminium on copper substrates is controlled by three-dimensional instantaneous nucleation with diffusion-controlled growth.Under the condition of 0.5 V and 3 h,an uniform,compact aluminium coating with good adhesion on copper substrate can be obtained with 1 μm partical size,8 μm thickness and the purity(mass fraction) over 90%.
