时效对铝热法合成的TiC/FeNiCrAl复合材料组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 利用铝热-快速凝固工艺制备TiC-FeNiCrAl复合材料,利用XRD、SEM和TEM等手段分析该复合材料的显微组织,时效处理对复合材料显微结构和拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,TiC/FeNiCrAl复合材料由α-Fe(Ni,Cr)固溶体、NiAl和TiC三相组成,NiAl相晶粒细小,NiAl相体积分数很高,尺寸在50~100nm,TiC呈多边形均匀分布在合金基体中,晶粒尺寸约为1~3μm。时效过程中TiC尺寸及其分布无明显变化。低于600℃时效,TiC-FeNiCrAl复合材料结构稳定,NiAl相无明显长大;600℃时效,复合材料拉伸强度最高;700℃时效,Cr7C3相析出,复合材料强度急剧降低;800℃以上时效,抗拉强度比700℃时效时略有提高。

【Abstract】 TiC/FeNiCrAl composites were produced by the rapid solidification thermite process.The microstructures of the composite were investigated by XRD,SEM and TEM.Results show that the TiC/FeNiCrAl composite produced by rapid solidification thermite process is composed of α-Fe(Ni,Cr),NiAl and TiC,in which the volumle fraction and grain size of NiAl phase are about 50% and 50 nm,respecticely,and TiC phase with polygonal morphology distributes uniformly in the composite.When the aging temperature is below 600 ℃,the tensile strength is significantly improved,but the microstructure of the composite has no obvious change.The tensile strength of the composite is reduced greatly under 700 ℃ aging,which is maybe resulted from the precipitation of Cr7C3.When the aging temperature is above 800 ℃,the tensile strength is slightly improved.
