钼酸钠对2024搅拌摩擦焊缝缓蚀作用的影响因素

【摘要】 通过搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)制备出2024铝合金同种焊接头。然后在0.2mol/L NaHSO3和0.6mol/L NaCl腐蚀溶液中添加一定浓度的钼酸钠作为缓蚀剂,借助电化学阻抗谱(EIS),系统研究缓蚀时间和一定的溶液温度变化对该缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:时间和温度对焊缝的缓蚀效率均有一定影响,表明钼酸钠为有效的阳极钝化型无机缓蚀剂。

【Abstract】 Similar welds composed of 2024 aluminum alloy were firstly produced by friction stir welding(FSW).In the ambient aqueous solution consisted of 0.2 mol/L NaHSO3 and 0.6 mol/L NaCl,with sodium molybdate as the inhibitor,the effects of adsorption time,inhibitor concentration and tempearture on the inhibition of sodium molybdate for friction stir welding weld of 2024 were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results indicate that all the factors have a dominent effect on the inhibition efficiency of sodium molybdate.For 2024 parent metal and FSWed welds,in the corrosive aqueous soluiton,sodium molybdate is a typical and effective anodic passive type inorganic inhibitor.
