X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1耐热钢表面电弧离子镀TiAlN涂层及其热震性能
Preparation and Thermal Shock Resistance of TiAlN Coating on X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 by Arc Ion Plating
【摘要】 运用电弧离子镀技术,采用独立的纯Ti和纯Al靶材在超超临界汽轮机叶片用X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1耐热钢表面沉积TiAlN涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪等对涂层微观组织结构和成分等进行分析,并在室温到650℃温度区间测试涂层的抗热震性能。结果表明:TiAlN涂层表面光滑平整、均匀致密且无明显的空洞,涂层表面的Ti/Al原子比约为0.94;涂层的表面硬度值为1802HV0.1。经X射线衍射法分析,涂层表面的相为TiAlN相,具有(200)晶面择优取向;涂层在室温到650℃之间经受100次热震循环实验后,没有发生明显开裂,说明涂层与基体结合良好,但涂层表面出现一定程度的氧化现象。
【Abstract】 TiAlN coating was deposited by arc ion plating on X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel that was used for ultra-supercritical steam turbine blades using independent Ti and Al targets.The microstructure and component of the coating were analyzed by SEM and EDS.The thermal shock resistance of the coating was tested from room temperature to 650 ℃.The results show that the surface of the TiAlN coating is smooth and dense.There are no obvious holes.The Ti/Al atom ratio in the coating is about 0.94.The microhardness is 1802HV0.1.The primary phase on the coating surface is TiAlN with(200) crystal plane preferred orientation.After 100 thermal shock cycles,there is no crack in coating surface and the combination of coating and substrate is good.But a certain degree of oxidation took place in the coating surface.
