高强钢WOL试样应力腐蚀开裂的金相跟踪观察(英文)
Metallographic Microscope Track Investigation of Stress Corrosion Cracking of the High-Strength Steels WOL
【摘要】 高强钢WOL恒位移试样应力腐蚀的金相跟踪观察表明:高强钢的应力腐蚀在微裂纹出现之前,先在缺口前端出现滑移线,滑移线的出现是由于氢引起的,位错运动形成滑移台阶。氢促进局部塑性变形,当局部塑性变形发展到临界状态时,缺口前端就出现微裂纹。
【Abstract】 Metallographical microscope track investigation of stress corrosion cracking of high-strength steels WOL constant displacement specimen was performed.The results indicate that the slip line of stress corrosion cracking of high-strength steels pre-exists in notch front-end before the appearance of micro-crack.Hydrogen induces slip line and dislocation motion displacement step.Hydrogen can accelerate the local plastic deformation and the micro-cracks appear in gap front-end when the local plastic deformation reach to critical condition.
