纯铜表面纳米氧化铝弥散强化覆层的制备研究

【摘要】 提出了一种在铜基体表面制备弥散强化覆层的新工艺。利用机械合金化法制备纳米Al2O3颗粒与铜粉的混合粉末,然后将混合粉末预压实并通氢烧结到铜基体表面,最后用水下冲击波爆炸压实使得弥散强化覆层密实并进一步与基体结合。微观组织检查显示,弥散强化覆层充分压实,形成致密体,纳米Al2O3颗粒均匀分散在覆层中,覆层与基体结合紧密。对断口形貌分析显示,弥散强化覆层在晶界处断裂,晶界断裂处产生局部的韧窝。

【Abstract】 A new preparation technology of dispersion strengthened coating on copper base was proposed.Mixing Al2O3-Cu powder gained by mechanical alloying method was spread on the surface of copper base.The dispersion strengthened coating was joined with copper base together by powder sintering and underwater explosive compaction method.Microstructure shows that nano-Al2O3 particles dispersively distribute in copper matrix and the dispersion strengthened coating joined with the copper base tightly.Through the SEM image of the fracture,it is concluded that coating has pronounced cracking along the grain boundaries and a distribution of dimples adjacent to the grain boundary.
