【Abstract】 Termination institution of continuous contract includes five structural elements: termination conditions,termination subjects,termination will,termination procedure and the effect of termination.Termination reasons establish two points for non-arbitrary termination and arbitrary termination,termination subjects are different according to non-arbitrary termination right and arbitrary termination right.The notice of termination is the external form or legal procedure of termination will.All non-arbitrary terminations are immediate terminations.The termination of advance notice only exists in the arbitrary termination,and the termination only can exterminate contract system to future,it has not retroactive effect generally.更多还原
