喷射成形技术制备钢铁材料的研究进展

【摘要】 喷射成形是一种先进冶金工艺技术,具有近终成形、设备简单、产品偏析小、晶粒细的特点。近年来喷射成形在铝基合金、铁基合金及复合材料等方面的应用已受到广泛研究。主要介绍了喷射成形的基本原理及影响其制备坯件性能的因素,总结了喷射成形技术在超高碳钢、工具钢、轴承钢、硅钢方面的研究进展,并指出喷射成形技术将对我国的钢铁工业尤其是高性能钢的发展产生深远影响。

【Abstract】 Spray forming is an advanced metallurgical technology.Its characteristics include near net shape,with simple equipment,small segregation and fine grain.In recent years,scholars have been extensively studying in its application on aluminum alloy,iron-based alloys and composite materials.The technology theory of spray forming and its applications in ultra-high carbon steel,tool steel,bearing steel and silicon steel are described.In addition,the extensive influence of spray forming technique on high performance steel industry of china is proposed.
