蠕虫状SnO2纳米管的水热方法制备和光学性能研究

【摘要】 利用低温水热方法成功合成了一种蠕虫状多孔形SnO2纳米管。分别利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微术和光致发光等方法研究了其结构、成分和光致发光性能。X射线衍射结果表明合成的SnO2纳米管为金红石型单相结构,扫描电子显微图像清晰显示生长的SnO2纳米管长度为2~10μm,直径约为300nm,壁厚约为20nm,壁上生长SnO2纳米颗粒结构。实验观察到样品在可见光范围内有一宽带光致发光谱,归因于氧空位和缺陷引起的发光。

【Abstract】 A unique vermiculate porous SnO2 nanotubes were synthesized by a low temperature hydrothermal method.Morphology,crystal structure and optical properties of the product were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and photoluminescence(PL),respectively.The result of XRD indicates that the as-prepared SnO2 nanotubes are the rutile structure with single phase.The images of the FE-SEM show that the length of the SnO2 nanotubes is 2-10μm and the diameter is about 300nm,respectively.The wall of the SnO2 nanotubes is full of SnO2 nanoparticles and the wall thickness of the nanotubes is about 20nm.The PL spectrum shows a wide visible light luminescence which is attributed to the oxygen vacancies and defects.
