Eu2+掺杂硫化锶/铝酸锶复合体系的发光性能
The Luminescent Properties in Eu2+ Doped Strontium Sulphide and Strontium Aluminte Mixed Compound
【摘要】 采用高温固相法制备了Eu2+掺杂的硫化锶/铝酸锶复合荧光体样品,研究了样品随组成成分变化的相变过程及其光谱特性。结果表明,随着n(SrSO4)/n(SrCO3+SrSO4)值的增加,样品中铝酸锶成分逐步由SrAl2O4相向SrAl4O7相转变。在469nm激发下,当SrSO4达到8%(摩尔分数)时红光发射强度最强。此外,该复合荧光体能在417nm激发下得到红绿双波段荧光,且红、绿荧光相对强度可通过变化基质成分实现调节,在近紫外LED照明上具有潜在的应用价值。更重要的是,该复合荧光体中的SrS成分在铝酸盐的包覆下耐水性得到显著改善,有效增强了其实用性。
【Abstract】 The samples of strontium sulphide and strontium aluminate mixed compound were prepared by solid state reaction method.The relation between the phase composition and luminescence properties was investigated.The phase transformation from SrAl2O4 to SrAl4O7 was observed by increasing with the ratio of SrSO4 to(SrCO3+SrSO4).The intensity of red emission excited at 469nm reaches its maximum when the SrSO4 concentration is 8% in mole.Additionally,new green and red bands were observed under the excitation of 417nm.Tunable red and green emissions were also witnessed by adjusting the composition of the matrix.The results suggest the phosphor has potential application in near ultraviolet LED.More importantly,the water-resistant stability is greatly improved in the mixed compound,better meeting its practical application.
