Q235B钢在模拟空调水系统中的腐蚀行为
Corrosion Behavior of Q235B Steel in Simulated Circulating Water System of Air-Condition
【摘要】 为了弄清中央空调循环水系统对空调用钢造成的腐蚀及其影响因素,采用旋转挂片腐蚀试验和电化学方法对模拟空调水中空调用材Q235B钢的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:随着模拟空调水流速和温度的升高,溶液中溶解氧的扩散速度加快,电荷传递电阻减小,Q235B钢的腐蚀速率加快。
【Abstract】 Rotating coupon-hanging corrosion tests and electrochemical measurements were conducted to investigate the corrosion behavior of Q235B steel in simulated circulating water system of air-condition.It was found that with increasing flow velocity and temperature of the simulated circulating water system of air-condition,the diffusion velocity of dissolved oxygen in water was accelerated,and the charge transfer resistance was reduced,leading to increased corrosion rate of Q235B steel.
