【Abstract】 Difficulty in hunting for a job is a prevail social problem, this paper, applies the combination methodology of classify analysis and qualitative analysis, trying to dig out the deep rooted reasons of the misconnection of the positive personality and their vocational decision-making puzzle of accounting major students in the background of our national culture.
