Mutant-1番茄光合特性的研究
Research on Photosynthetic Characteristics of Mutant-1 Tomato
【摘要】 研究了低能离子束辐射诱变获得的稳定突变体Mutant-1番茄和对照河南4号番茄株系的光合特性。研究结果表明,与对照相比,突变体株系Mutant-1番茄净光合速率和蒸腾速率较低,蒸腾速率呈现先上升再下降的单峰变化趋势,说明与其植物材料本身的特征特性有一定的关系。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the photosynthetic characteristics of the Mutant-1 tomato and the control tomato cultivar Henan No.4,and the stable Mutant-1 tomato is got by the low energy ion beam implanted mutagenesis.The results show that the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Mutant-1 tomato strain are generally lower than those of the control,and its transpiration rate increases first and then decreases,indicating there are related with characteristics of the plant materials and the photosynthetic characteristics.
