【摘要】 鄂砧1号是用日本葫芦H08自交系作母本,武汉地方葫芦H06自交系作父本配制而成的远缘葫芦杂交种。采用鄂砧1号等不同砧木嫁接西瓜试验结果显示,与其他参试葫芦砧木相比,鄂砧1号发芽率高,出苗整齐,苗壮;与西瓜嫁接亲和性好,共生力强,结合面致密,成活率高;抗枯萎病,耐盐碱,叶部病害轻;嫁接后增产效果明显,对果实品质影响小。更多还原

【Abstract】 E-zhen No.1 was a new calabash rootstock cultivar for watermelon,which was developed by using self-bred line H08 as female parent and the self-bred line H06 as male parent.Compared with the other tested calabash cultivars,E-zhen No.1 had higher germination percentage and the seedlings grew well and regularly.Taking E-zhen No.1 as rootstock,the grafted plants possessed higher grafting affinity and survival rate,and they were tolerant to Fusarium wilt and salinity,with higher yield and good quality fruits.更多还原
