【摘要】 本文分析了我国将面临的严峻就业形势,据此提出促进残疾人就业的三条思路:一是要树立"残疾人优先就业"的理念,在残疾人和健全人同时应聘某一岗位且都符合岗位要求时,应当优先录用残疾人;二是要拓展残疾人就业工作的视野,促进残疾人在"高层次"岗位就业;三是要优化残疾人教育培训结构,残疾人教育应当以就业为导向,将残疾人职业技能的培养训练提前,以开发残疾人的潜能为重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis that China will face a severe employment situation in a relatively long term,this paper proposed three promotion measures for persons with disabilities.Firstly,the notion should be set up that the disabled individuals have the employment priority when they apply for a job the same time with non-disabled persons and both have qualifications.Secondly,measures should be taken to broaden the employment vision for disabled individuals so they can have employment on a higher level;thirdly,vocational training organizations should be optimized in the employment-oriented education so they could get the vocational training in prior period and potential realization.更多还原
