【Abstract】 In order to balance the conflict between the economic development and the environmental protection in river basin and downstream,to solve the problems of limited compensation of reliance on government spending,market mechanisms are attempted to introduce into eco-compensation in local watershed in many parts of China.A large number of market-based compensation cases are appearing in around.They become a useful exploration and an important supplement of eco-compensation in small watershed.To protect the health development and efficient operation of ecosystem service market,studying of its management system is particularly important.In view of this,the management practices of the international markets for ecosystem services are summarized in the article.Then,the management practices,policies and legal systems associated ecological compensation are reviewed,in Chinese current watershed.From the three levels of management policies,the legal system and the three levels of market mechanisms,the framework of management system for ecosystem services market of China is designed.更多还原
