随钻地层测试技术的分析与思考
Analysis and Consideration of Formation Testing While Drilling Technology
【摘要】 综述随钻地层测试技术的发展动态。以随钻地层测试仪器(Geo-Tap)为例分析随钻地层测试的技术特点、工作原理、仪器参数和在油气田工程中的应用前景。介绍目前我国随钻地层测试技术的现状、发展该技术的主要攻关方向和应该注意的问题。双封隔器模式结构具有流体取样和流体实时分析功能,是随钻地层测试仪器主要的发展方向。在我国随钻测量技术和电缆地层测试技术的基础上,应积极借鉴国外的先进技术,多单位联合攻关,大力开展基础工作,研发具有自主知识产权的随钻地层测试仪器。
【Abstract】 Simply summarized is the advancement of formation testing while drilling(FTWD) technology.Taking the Geo-Tap tool as a prototype model,analyzed are the principle,technical features,operating principle and tool parameters as well as its future applications in oilfield exploration and development.In addition,introduced is current status of FTWD technology and discussed is the primary difficulties and highlights to develop the technology in China.In China,measurement while drilling(MWD) and wireline formation testing(WFT) tool’s performance and reliability fall behind western companies tool’s.Double-packer mode structure with fluid sampling and real-time analysis function is the main development direction of FTWD tool,which is suitable for China’s oil and gas layer characters with low porosity and permeability.By improving MWD and WFT technology,we should combine all the research and development departments in China to work together closely to learn and analyze the western latest technology,and develop FTWD tool with independent intellectual property.
