盐膏层固井技术在塔河油田的应用——以TK1127井为例
Cementing Technologies for Salt-gypsum Layers and Its Application in Well TK1127 of Tahe Oilfield
【摘要】 盐膏层的塑性蠕动容易导致缩径、井壁坍塌,盐膏层的溶解会污染水泥浆,从而导致套管下入困难、水泥环质量下降和套管挤毁等固井问题。在分析盐膏层特点和固井难点的基础上,以塔河油田TK1127井为例,阐述了盐膏层固井工艺技术。现场应用表明,利用该技术能够对盐膏层井段进行有效封固。
【Abstract】 Salt-gypsum layer creepage causes hole shrinkage and collapse;its dissolution would pollute cement slurry. Salt-gypsum layers would result in some cementing problems,such as hard casing running,bad quality of cement sheath and casing collapse.This article first analyzes its features and difficulties of cementing,and then summarizes the process technologies of salt-gypsum layer cementing.By taking Tahe oilfied TK1127 well for example,these process technologies ensure the quality of cementing.
