【Abstract】 From the year 2003,the problems remain for the administrative accountability system in China,such as unclear accountability subject,unsound accountability legal system,lack of accountability information,and lagging behind of the accountability culture.By analyzing the status of administrative accountability in the City S in recent years,this article introduces the constraint softening of the administrative accountability.After analyzing the impacts and causes,it proposes corresponding countermeasures for the constraint softening for the administrative accountability.更多还原
