【摘要】 洪水风险图是洪水管理的重要技术支撑,当洪水风险图的编制成果积累到一定程度时,面临着如何有效管理和共享应用的问题。文章在分析洪水风险图的数据特点以及在管理和应用上的功能与性能需求的基础上,采用面向服务思想的地理信息共享技术,设计了洪水风险图的管理与应用系统。该系统为洪水风险图空间数据和专题数据的有效管理和应用提供了信息交流和共享的平台,有利于洪水风险图编制和应用的推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flood risk map is an important technical support for flood management.When the growing number of risk maps accumulated to a certain extent,how to effectively manage and share the data becomes a major issue is.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of flood riskmap and its functional and performance requirements on the management and application,using the geographic information service sharing technology of service-oriented thinking,this paper designed and implemented a system of flood risk map management and application,which would provide an information exchange and sharing platform for the spatial and thematic data of flood riskmap,and be conducive to the promotion of flood riskmapping and applications.更多还原
