一种基于预测的卫星网络BTDAMA协议性能分析
Performance analysis on a satellite network BTDMA protocol based on prediction
【摘要】 对现有的时分多址(TDMA)宽带卫星网络的不同时隙分配协议进行了比较,提出了基于业务预测的突发目标按需分配(BTDAMA—PA)协议。对按需与自由分配相结合(CFDAMA)、纯按需分配BT-DAMA与基于预测的BTDAMA—PA协议进行了比较,并以典型的具有自相似特性的Pareto ON/OFF信源进行仿真分析,结果表明:相比CFDAMA和BTDAMA,BTDAMA—PA协议在地面终端业务量变化情况下,可以获得更小的平均端端延迟和时延抖动,尤其是系统负载趋于饱和时,平均端端时延减小约20%,时延抖动减小约40%。
【Abstract】 Performances of timeslot assignment protocol of the existing time division multiple access(TDMA) broadband satellite network are compared,and an improved BTDAMA protocol based on prediction is proposed.CFDAMA,BTDAMA are compared with BTDAMA-PA.Simulations analysis on typical with selfsimilarity Characteristics Pareto ON / OFF source is carried out and the result shows that the new protocol BTDAMA—PA outperforms CFDAMA and BTDAMA in decreasing average end-to-end delay and jitter.Particularly,average end to end delay and time delay tremble can be obtained under heavy system load,which is decreased by 20 % and 40 % respectively.
