基于标准k-ε模型的汽车节气门三维流场数值仿真
Numerical Simulation of an Automotive Throttle’s Three-Dimensional Flow Field Based on Standard k-ε Model
【摘要】 针对一种具体型号的节气门体建立了几何模型。用基于Fluent软件的标准k-ε模型对节气门三维流场进行数值仿真。仿真结果与实验结果吻合非常好,表明了标准k-ε模型在汽车节气门流场仿真中的适用性。仿真结果为汽车节气门体流场分析和节气门结构的改进提供参考。
【Abstract】 Geometry model has been established for a specific type of throttle body.And three-dimensional flow field of the throttle is analyzed,using standard k-ε model,which is based on the Fluent software.The simulation results and experimental results are very consistent,which demonstrate the standard k-ε model’s applicability in the simulation of automotive throttle’s flow field.The simulation results lay a theoretical foundation for analysis on the automotive throttle flow field and further improvement of the throttle’s structure.
