【摘要】 研究指出,随着我国文化产业的快速发展,外商投资大量涌入文化产业。从我国已有的文化产业外资利用政策与法律来看,基本的价值取向比较模糊:一方面鼓励外资的进入,另一方面对外资进入又进行了严格的限制。应当明确积极鼓励文化产业利用外资的基本导向,同时采取必要的限制措施,衡量这种必要性的标准是我国入世议定书中有关文化产业开放的具体承诺和国家文化安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with fast development of China’s culture industry,foreign investment emerges into cultural industry massively.Looking from our country existing culture industry foreign capital use policy and law,the basic value orientation is quite fuzzy: on the one hand,it encourages the entry of foreign capital;on the other hand,it carries on strict limits on the entrance of foreign capital.We should insist the basic guidance of using foreign capital positively,and simultaneously take necessary restrictive measures.The standard of necessity is concrete open fields of cultural industry in China’s WTO entry protocol and the national culture security.更多还原
