【摘要】 目的:研究复方美登木片(白花蛇舌草、美登木茎叶、海藻、鹿仙草等)对实验性乳腺增生大鼠激素水平的影响。方法:采用肌肉注射雌二醇法造成大鼠乳腺增生模型。结果:复方美登木片能明显减小雌二醇加黄体酮所致乳腺增生大鼠的乳房直径、乳头高度,减轻乳腺重量;对性激素水平有明显的影响,显著降低大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)水平,提高孕酮(P)水平。结论:复方美登木片对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病有明显的防治作用,其作用机理主要是通过改善症状和调节内分泌激素水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:It is to observe the effect of Fu-fang-mei-deng-mu(FFMDM) tablet on hyperplasia of mammary glands rat′s hormone levels.Methods:The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was established with intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate.After the administration for 30d,the height and diameter of the second pair of nipple were determined,the structure of breast tissue was observed.Results: FFMDM tablet could inhibit the height and diameter of nipple in rats with hyperplasia of mammary glands.FFMDM tablet could Significantly reduce the content of Estradiol and Prolactin,at the same time increase the content of Progesterone.Conclusion: FFMDM tablet has obvious therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats,its mechanism is mainly through the improvement of symptoms and regulate hormone levels.更多还原
