糖尿病大鼠海马NO含量的变化及丝胶的保护作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨丝胶对糖尿病大鼠海马一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法:48只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、糖尿病模型组、丝胶治疗组和阳性对照组,每组12只大鼠。链脲佐菌素腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型,丝胶治疗组大鼠给予丝胶灌胃,阳性对照组大鼠给予二甲双胍灌胃。分别检测各组大鼠的血糖和海马NO的含量。结果:与糖尿病模型组大鼠相比,丝胶治疗组和阳性对照组大鼠的血糖和海马NO含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:丝胶可通过降低海马NO的含量减轻过量NO对神经元的毒性,改善糖尿病时的认知功能障碍。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of sericin on nitric oxide(NO) content in hippocampus of diabetes mellitus.Methods:48 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group,diabetes mellitus model group,sericin treatment group and positive control group(n=12).The diabetes mellitus rats’ model was established by injecting streptozotocin into the abdominal cavity.The rats in sericin treatment group were lavaged sericin,the rats in positive control group were lavaged metformin.The blood glucose and NO content in hippocampus were respectively detected.Results:Compared with diabetes mellitus group,the blood glucose and NO content in hippocampus of rats in sericin treatment group and positive control group decreased obviously(P< 0.01,P< 0.05).Conclusions:Sericin can lighten the toxicity of NO on neurons by decreasing NO content in hippocampus,so to improve cognitive dysfunction during diabetes mellitus.
