【摘要】 目的:探讨KTP激光联合典必殊眼膏治疗泪道阻塞的疗效。方法:260例(271眼)泪道阻塞患者应用KTP激光及泪道内注入典必殊眼膏治疗,随访3个月。结果:治愈148眼(54.6%)、好转78眼(28.8%)、无效45眼(16.6%),总有效率为83.4%。结论:KTP激光联合典必殊眼膏治疗泪道阻塞成功率高,尤其对鼻泪管阻塞疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of KTP laser combined TobraDex oculentum on treating lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods:260 cases(271 eyes) of lacrimal duct obstruction were treated with KTP laser combined with infusing TobraDex oculentum into lacrimal passages and followed up for 3 months.Results:148 eyes(54.6%) were cured,78 eyes(28.8%) were improved,45 eyes(16.6%) were invalid;the effective rate was 83.4%.Conclusions:Treating lacrimal duct obstruction with KTP laser combined TobraDex oculentum can obtain high achievement ration,especially for obstruction of nasolacrimal duct.更多还原
