【摘要】 对校园突发公共事件的定义及其类型进行了界定,结合当前校园突发公共事件的主要特点,分析了我国高校一些政工干部应对和处置校园突发公共事件不力的主要原因。针对部分政工干部存在政治敏感性不高、责任意识不强、应对突发事件实际能力不足等缺陷,从培养高度的政治敏感性、提高应急处置综合素质、树立先进的信息公开理念等方面提出了培养提升高校政工干部应对和处置校园突发公共事件能力的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper provides the definitions and types of campus public emergencies.Combining the main characteristics of current campus public emergencies,it analyzes the main causes of college political work cadre’s poor response and disposal of campus public emergency.For some political work cadre’s defects such as low political sensitivity,weak sense of responsibility and lack of practical ability to deal with public emergencies,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from fostering and promoting political work cadre’s high political sensitivity,improving the comprehensive quality of the emergency response and stting up an advanced concept of information publicity.更多还原
