【摘要】 目前高校学生评教工作还存在诸多问题,如学生对评教目的不清楚、对评教量表不理解和对评教结果不知情等。对此,应采取适度参考学生意见来制定评教制度、大力宣传和指导学生评教、立足学生构建评教指标体系、采用学生能全面把握的评教内容、合理公布客观真实的评教结果、回归学生评教的真正价值旨归等措施来提高学生评教工作的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently there are still many problems in university students′ evaluation of teaching.For example,students neither know the purpose of teaching evaluation clearly nor know the teaching assessment scale and assessment results.Therefore,to increase the effectiveness of students′ evaluation,we should adopt some strategies:appropriately referring to students′ views while developing teaching evaluation system;vigorously promoting and guiding students′ evaluation activities;establishing teaching evaluation indicators from students′ angle;using the evaluation contents that students can fully grasp;publicizing the real objective results of evaluation reasonably and returning to the true purpose of teaching evaluation.更多还原
