【摘要】 文章采用文献资料法、调查问卷法、访谈法、数理统计法,通过对江苏省农村中学体育教师继续教育现状的调查,了解江苏省农村中学继续教育已经取得的成绩与存在的问题,分析存在问题的原因,并结合农村中学体育教育的实际与教师教育发展的要求提出相应的对策,为江苏省农村中学体育教师继续教育发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 By applying literature review,questionnaires,interviews,and statistical methods,this article investigates the present continuing education situation of rural middle school gym instructors,analyze the achievements and existing problems and corresponding reasons and finally provides some corresponding countermeasures for reference of the continuing education of rural middle school gym instructors in Jiangsu Province while taking into consideration the reality of rural middle school sports education and the requirements of the development of teacher education.更多还原
