叶绿酸/α、β、γ-环糊精包合平衡常数的测定
Determination of Equilibrium Constants of α、β、γ-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Chlorophyll Acid
【摘要】 采用紫外法测定环糊精与叶绿酸的包合常数,研究环糊精改进叶绿酸性质.实验结果表明,α、β、γ-环糊精中,叶绿酸与β-环糊精具有最大包合常数(Ka=2 055 L/Mol).
【Abstract】 The feasibility of improving chlorophyll acid’s nature by cyclodextrin was studied.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine α,β,and γ-CD and chlorophyll acid inclusion constant.The experimental results show that among the α,β,γ-CD,the chlorophyll acid and β-cyclodextrin inclusion constant is the largest one(Inclusion constant is 2 055 L/Mol).
