【Abstract】 The feasibility of improving chlorophyll acid’s nature by cyclodextrin was studied.Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine α,β,and γ-CD and chlorophyll acid inclusion constant.The experimental results show that among the α,β,γ-CD,the chlorophyll acid and β-cyclodextrin inclusion constant is the largest one(Inclusion constant is 2 055 L/Mol).更多还原
