炭材料在高倍率部分荷电态运行的铅酸蓄电池中的应用
Applications of carbon in lead-acid batteries exposed to HRPSoC operation
【摘要】 用于混合动力电动汽车的蓄电池要求能在部分荷电状态下正常使用,且能完成短时快速充电。在这种使用条件下,传统的铅酸蓄电池会产生负板不可逆硫酸盐化现象,造成电池迅速失效。通过在负极板中添加一定数量的炭材料可以有效减缓电池失效的发生,从而使铅酸蓄电池在HEV应用领域可以得到应用。但炭材料是如何显著提高铅酸电池的性能成为了研究的焦点,本文旨在介绍近年来在此方面的一些研究工作进展。
【Abstract】 The batteries used in HEVs are required to operate well with partial-state-of charge and to accept charging for short periods at very high rates.Under this application condition,it is irreversible sulfation that appears in the negative plate of conventional lead-acid batteries,which causes battery to fail quickly.This failure can be effectively countered by adding certain forms of carbon at greater concentrations.This preventive measure is effective enough to make lead-acid batteries available in HEVs.There has been much attention about the function of the carbon that has this remarkable improvement.The paper aims to review the several recent studies in this area.
