热处理对CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合材料结构的影响
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Structure of CoFe2O4/SiO2 Nanocomposites
【摘要】 本文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合材料,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、红外吸收光谱(IR)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了纳米复合材料的结构、晶粒尺寸和形貌。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,钴铁氧体晶化程度提高,CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合材料的晶粒尺寸从6nm增大到52nm。当热处理时间为2小时,晶体结构已经较完整,继续延长热处理时间对晶体结构基本无影响。
【Abstract】 CoFe2O4/SiO2 nanocomposites were prepared by the sol-gel method.The structure,grain size and morphology of powders are investigated with X-ray diffraction(XRD),infra-red spectrometric analyzer(IR) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results indicated that with the increasing of heat treatment temperature,the crystallization degree of CoFe2O4 increased and the grain size of CoFe2O4/SiO2 nanocomposites grew up from 6 nm to 52 nm.When heat treatment time was 2 hour,the crystal structure has been formed and longer heat treatment time didn’t affect grain size.
