我国图书馆数字参考咨询服务的研究
A Research Overview of Library Digital Reference Service in China
【摘要】 图书馆数字参考咨询服务一直是图书馆服务的重点。本文通过阅读有关我国数字参考咨询服务的主要文献,综合论述了我国数字参考咨询服务的基础理论、基本服务模式、服务现状。
【Abstract】 Library digital reference service has always been a key component of library service.The author discusses the fundamental theories,basic service mode and the current situation of this service based on reading some related articles and books.
