【Abstract】 This article illuminates the emergence and development of the international ship breaking Convention, focusing on the analysis of impact of the 2009 Hong Kong International Security and the Convention on ship breaking on the ship breaking in China. As a result, the ship breaking has to shift to a green one. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to our government and enterprises on the shifting and presents a prospect on the ship breaking.更多还原
