基于极限弯矩的耐压圆柱壳破坏载荷分析
Failure Load Analysis of Cylindrical Shell Based on Ultimate Moment
【摘要】 采用结构在受外载荷作用时产生的内弯矩不能平衡外弯矩而发生破坏的机理,以复杂应力密西斯屈服条件为准则,推导了圆柱壳结构的破坏载荷计算公式。将屈服、屈曲分别验证结构强度的表达式综合为一种计算方法,避开了结构屈曲时的模态确定。通过理论分析,所提出的计算方法计算简单、方便实用,具有较好的准确度。
【Abstract】 Adopting the mechanism that the damage caused by the imbalance between the internal structure moment induced by the external loads and the outer moment,with the Mises yielding criteria under complicated stress condition as criterion,the failure load formula of the cylindrical structure is deduced.The respective yielding and buckling verification equations for structure strength are integrated into one calculation method,which avoids the determination of the structure buckling modes.By means of the theoretical analysis,the proposed calculation method is simple,practical and of well accuracy.
