液体反转恢复序列(FLAIR)在脑转移瘤中的临床应用
The clinical applicable value of fluid attenuated inversion recovery in brain metastasis
【摘要】 目的探讨液体反转恢复序列(FLAIR)在脑转移瘤中的临床应用。方法对56例脑转移瘤患者在1.5T的MR机上行常规MR T2WI/T1WI、DWI及FLAIR成像检查,设置病灶显示、病灶检出等作为标准。结果在发现小病灶和位于皮层及皮层下的病灶方面,FLAIR优于其他,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在显示大于20 mm的病灶及位于深部白质区和后颅窝的病灶方面,四者无明显差异。在显示病灶的边界、水肿及内部结构方面FLAIR序列优于其他(P<0.05)。结论 FLAIR应作为颅内转移瘤重要的补充检查技术。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical applicable value of fluid attenuated inversion recovery(FLAIR) in brain metastasis.Methods 56 patients with brain metostatic tumor were assessed on conventional MR T2WI/T1WI,FLAIR and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI).The criteria wascriterion was lesion conspicuity,lesion detection.Results FLAIR was superior to others in detection of small lesion and lesion located in cortical/subcortical region(P<0.05).All techniques were equal in delineation of lesion which was larger than 20mm and located in the deep white matter and posterior fossa.The internal structure,margin and perifocal edema of tumor were better demonstrated on FLAIR than others(P<0.05).Conclusion FLAIR may be regarded as useful complementary technique to process the conventional imaging sequences.
