【摘要】 从技术创新投入能力、技术创新产出能力、技术创新扩散能力、创新环境支撑能力四个方面构建黄河三角洲区域技术创新能力评价的指标体系,给出了基于熵值法的评价模型.对以滨州、东营为主的黄河三角洲区域的技术创新能力情况进行了实证分析.结果表明,黄河三角洲区域技术创新能力呈现出不断增长趋势.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper establishes the evaluation index system of the Yellow River Delta in four aspects,which are the technological innovation input capacity,the technological innovation outcome capacity,the technological spreading capacity and innovation and innovation bracing ability of environment.Then,it gives the evaluation model which is based on the entropy method.Through empirical analyzing the technological innovation ability of Binzhou and Dongying which are the main part of the Yellow River Delta,the paper comes to a conclusion that the technical innovation ability of the Yellow River Delta has a constituent growing trend.更多还原
