【Abstract】 Inspired by the digital technology entering its maturing age at a steady pace and rapidly penetrating to the fitness industry as well as other fields,it analyzed the design situation of digital fitness products,and below analyzed the health problem of white-collar workers,caused by their sedentary habits,and thereby to reveal their strong demand on health.Based on these,it propsed a design program of personal digital health assistant,which indicated the features and characteristics of the digital health assistants and bestowed some considerable attention to its interaction and interface design.更多还原
