【摘要】 风眩相当于高血压病所致之眩晕。在病证结合模式下构建具有中医特色的疗效评价体系是中医创新与发展的重要途径,构建风眩中医临床疗效评价体系符合当前中医学研究领域的发展趋势。综合应用循证医学、临床流行病学、数理统计学、信息技术等方法,通过文献调研、临床病例调查、专家问卷调查及临床验证,可建立具有较高信度和效度的风眩疗效评价体系,从而突显中医干预治疗风眩的疗效和优势,有利于中医药为国际医学界所接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Wind-vertigo is equivalent to the dizziness caused by hypertension.Establishing curative effect evaluation system with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) based on mode of combination of disease and TCM syndrome is an important approach to innovate and develop TCM,and the establishment of curative effect evaluation system of TCM is in line with the development trend of research field of TCM.Synthetically applying these methods of evidence-based medicine,clinical epidemiology,mathematical statistics,information technology,and then through literature research,clinical case investigation,expert questionnaire surveys and clinical verification,we can establish the curative effect evaluation system of wind-vertigo with high reliability and validity,so as to highlight the curative effect and superiority of TCM interference treatment,and it is beneficial to international medical community to accept TCM.更多还原
