【摘要】 目的:通过扶脾温肾汤治疗8例慢性牙周炎的临床效果,探讨中药治疗慢性牙周炎的临床应用可行性。方法:通过中医辨证论治,筛选出8例符合脾肾阳虚型中重度牙周炎患者,进行中西两法治疗,洁治后给予扶脾温肾中药治疗,用ELISA检测该药治疗前后患者龈沟液中白介素1-β(IL-1β)和白介素-6(IL-6)的含量。结果:治疗后牙周探诊深度(PD)、牙龈出血指数(BI)、牙周附着水平(AL)均有明显下降(P<0.05)。龈沟液中IL-1β及IL-6在服中药1个月后均有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:中药扶脾温肾汤对脾肾阳虚型慢性牙周炎有明显的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine,Fupi Wenshen Decoction on periodontitis.Methods: Eight Pishen Yangxu type patients with moderate to severe periodontitis,were treated with Chinese and western methods.After scaling,the patients were treated with a traditional Chinese medicine Fupi Wenshen Decoction.Then the contents of IL-1β and IL-6 in GCF were detected with ELISA.Results: PD,BI and AL dramatically decreased(P<0.05),as well as IL-1β in GCF.After one month treated with the with Chinese medicine,IL-6 also decreased but did not have statistical significance.After one month treated with the Chinese medicine,IL-1βand IL-6 still dramatically decreased compared with the data before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine Fupi Wenshen Decoction has obvious effects on amelioration of periodontitis更多还原
