【Abstract】 In this review,the progress of structure-activity relationship of bioactive peptides was summarized,which provides the basis for the stereospecific synthesis,transformation and development of bioactive peptides.According to latest related records,the progress in studies of structure-activity relationship of ACE-inhibitory peptides,antioxidant peptides and antibacterial peptides were elaborated.As a kind of important sources of new drugs,bioactive peptides have tremendous potential for development and the studies on structure-activity relationship of bioactive peptides play a significant role in it.更多还原
