【摘要】 目的:观察补肾舒脊颗粒对强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者关节液成纤维细胞增殖功能的影响。方法:运用血清药理学方法,选择不同浓度的含药血清与AS患者膝关节液体外培养成纤维细胞共同孵育,于不同时间观察其增殖水平,并与空白血清,SSZ血清组作对照。结果:与正常成纤维细胞相比,AS的成纤维细胞增殖速度快,从第3天开始两者间即有统计学差异。给予补肾舒脊颗粒能明显抑制AS成纤维细胞的增殖,给药3d后,与空白血清对照组相比,差异有统计学意义,并且补肾舒脊颗粒对成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用有明显的量效关系。结论:补肾舒脊颗粒可通过抑制AS成纤维细胞的增殖,发挥其临床抗炎、抗纤维化的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficacy of Bushen Shuji Capsule(BSSJ) in inhibiting the multiplication of fibroblast cells from the liquid of the Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS) patients.Methods:Using serum pharmacologic method,the multiplication change of fibroblast cells was observed at different time points by co-culturing with different concentrations of medicated serum containing BSSJ with three different concentration.Blank serum and SSZ serum were taken as control.Results:The AS fibroblast cell grows faster than the normal group,and there has statistic difference from the third day.The inhibiting effect of BSSJ on the multiplication of fibroblast cell is evident,which has statistic difference in the third day,and the difference is evident in the fifth day,with evident amount-effect relationship.Conclusion:BSSJ could inhibit the multiplication of fibroblast cells,and play the clinical role of anti-inflammation and anti-fibrosis.更多还原
