【摘要】 在慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)基础上发生的肠上皮化生和异型增生是典型的胃癌前病变,中医和西医都在积极探索其发病机制及防治手段。本课题组在临床实践的基础上提出脾虚夹瘀毒是CAG最基本的病机,并通过临床辨证梳理确立了健脾化瘀解毒的基本治则。丰富了中医辨证论治CAG的内涵,为病机学说的深入探讨奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia developing from chronic atrophic gastritis are the typical precancerous lesions of stomach.In the light of clinical practice,this article expound that deficiency of spleen combined blood stasis and toxin is the principle pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG),and the basic therapeutic method is invigorating spleen,removing blood stasis and relieving toxin.This research enrich the content of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and establish the basis for further exploration of the pathogenesis theory.更多还原
