【摘要】 笔者从中医药理论出发,通过对药性及配伍理论的文献研究,并结合数据库对1 307首古今方剂药性组方规律的分析,归纳阐述了平性药的配伍应用规律:①气味配伍,调整阴阳:气味配伍是历代组方的基本方法,平性药本身兼具寒、热之性,在临床配伍应用中,亦同寒热药性一样,也常以气味配伍的形式,以达调整阴阳的目的。②伍用寒热,调和辅助:平性药配伍寒、热药,一者表现为寒、热的"趋从性",可用于治疗热证或寒证;二者,既可防止寒、热药同性配伍使方剂过寒或过热,又因平性药"和合调平"之性而不易致矫枉过正;第三,平性药在配伍中还可起到佐助、佐制作用。③补剂入平,缓复虚损:平性药之"补"较为和缓,适合于虚性疾病的全程,更利于善后调理,不易致偏。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory,the compatible application laws of Chinese medicines with neutral property were generalized by the literature study of the Chinese medicinal theories about property and compatibility,and the analys of the formula law among 1 307 ancient and modern prescriptions in the data base.The laws are:①Qi-wei compatibility,regulation between yin and yang.Qi-wei compatibility is the basic method of compatible laws in past dynasties prescriptions,neutral-nature traditional Chinese medicine also has cold and hot property such as the hot or cold nature medicine.It regulates Yin and Yang by the qi-wei compatibility in clinic application.②Compatibility with cold and heat medicine,coordination and assistant.The neutral-nature traditional Chinese medicine combine with the hot or cold nature medicine,which one side shows the tendency to hot and cold syndrome,secondly can prevent the prescriptions becoming excess hot or cold,thirdly it can play the roleas adjuvantherb.③Tonifying prescriptions with neutral-nature medicine,mildly recover as thenia syndrome.The tonifying action of the neutral-nature traditional Chinese medicine are mild,which are fit to the whole course of deficiency syndrome,and are more beneficial to conditioning.更多还原
