【摘要】 干燥综合征多见于中老年女性。阴液亏虚、津枯血燥;津液枯涸、化燥成毒;久病多瘀、血阻津滞是干燥综合征的主要病因病机,瘀血贯穿于疾病发生发展的始终。燥、毒、瘀三者相互作用是发病关键,笔者认为从阴虚、燥毒、血瘀三方面进行辨治,采用滋阴解毒祛瘀法,能有效缓解病情,提高患者的生活质量,从而为临床治疗干燥综合征提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sjgren syndrome is common in middle-aged and elderly women.The pathogenesis is yin deficiency causing blood dryness,depletion of fluid causing toxin,and chronic diseases causing blood stasis.Blood stasis is throughout the occuring and development of the diseas.The mutual action of dryness,toxin and blood stasis is the key of the diseas.We believe that based on the yin deficiency,dryness toxin and blood stasis,nourishing yin,removing toxicity substance and resolving macula metheds can effectively relieve illness and improve the quality of life of patients,and provide a new way in the treatment of sjgren syndrome.更多还原
