【摘要】 速度滑冰比赛是亚冬会的金牌大户,虽然我国女子速度滑冰短距离项目具有世界级水准,但男子速度滑冰项目成绩下降已经成为不争的事实,认清我国男子速度滑冰项目在亚洲的地位,以及发展中存在的问题,对促进我国冬季体育运动项目的全面发展具有重要意义。采用观察法、文献资料法和问卷调查法对第7届亚洲冬季运动会速度滑冰男子比赛成绩进行分析、研究,认为本届亚冬会速度滑冰新的比赛项目设置对中国男子速滑运动员的成绩产生了一定的负面影响;亚洲男子速度滑冰项目的格局呈现出韩国队依旧是亚洲的霸主,日本次之,而哈萨克斯坦已经超越中国,跻身第3位,中国仅能屈居第4位。提出改变固有的训练、管理理念和思维方式,坚持"引进来"的方式积极吸取国外先进的训练思想与经验,加强后备队伍的建设与人才培养,采取以俱乐部会员制与竞赛制相结合、俱乐部奖励机制与竞技成绩相促进、俱乐部自身利益与各级体育局紧密联系等多样形式促使速度滑冰竞技运动走向全民化、职业化,加强速度滑冰项目教练员知识结构的系统转化等提高我国男子速度滑冰项目水平的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Speed skating is an influential event of gold medals in Asian winter games,and Chinese women speed skating sprinters achieve at world-class level,but Chinese men speed skaters’ performance have lowered in indisputable fact.It’s significant for all-roundly developing Chinese winter sports to recognize the ranking of Chinese men speed skating in Asia and to understand the existing problems.With the methods of observation,documental information and questionnaire,the paper analyzes the men speed skating competitions’ results at the 7th Asian winter games.It thinks that new competitive events of speed skating at the games have negative effects on Chinese men speed skaters,the situation of Asian men speed skating shows that Korea still is the Asian leader,Japan takes second place,Kazakhstan has surpassed China with ranking the 3th,and China only sits the 4th seat.For developing Chinese men speed skating,it suggests some measures of advancing the popularization and professionalization of speed skating,accelerating the systematization of speed skating coaches’ knowledge,such as changing the traditional ideas and modes of training and management,insisting the invitation way to actively draw on the international advanced training ideas and experiences,enhancing the development of reserved teams and talents,taking the combination of club membership and competition,the encouragement of club reward systems in competitive achievements,the closed connection of club self-interest and sports bureaus.更多还原
