【摘要】 目的:观察舒利迭联合异丙托溴铵治疗中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:将2008年9月至2009年5月收治的60例稳定期COPD患者,随机分成观察组,舒利迭早晚各1次联合异丙托溴铵每日3次,每次1喷;对照组,舒利迭联合安慰剂吸入。两组于治疗1 d、15 d(约2周)、30 d(约4周)行肺功能检测,同时采用6 min步行距离评价运动能力。结果:观察组FEV1、FEV1(%)、FVC在第4周与对照组相比均有显著升高(P<0.05),FEV1/FVC(%)在第4周与对照组比较同样显著性升高(P<0.05),各治疗阶段观察组6 min步行距离均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合异丙托溴铵治疗中重度稳定期COPD能增加舒利迭对肺功能和生活质量的改善作用,早期改善COPD运动耐量,延缓肺功能下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evalucate the clinical efficacy of Salmetero/fluticasone propionate(SFC) combined with Ipratropium Bromide in the treatment of moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods: A randomized,double-blind and controlled clinical trial was conducted in 60 patients with moderate and severe COPD in stable stages.They were randomly given SFC(250 μg/50 μg),inhaled twice daily and combined with Ipratropium bromide(the combination group),or SFC(250 μg/50 μg) combined with placebo,inhaled three times a day(the control group).The treatment lasted for four weeks.The lung function was examined one day,two weeks and four weeks after administration,respectively.At the same time,the movement function was evaluated with 6-minute walk distance(6-MWD).Results: Compared with those in the control group,FEV1,FEV1(%) and FVC in the combination group increased significantly in the fourth week(P<0.05).FEV1/ FVC(%) also increased significance in the fourth week(P<0.05).6-MWD in combination group was significantly superior to that in the control group at various treatment stages(P<0.05).Conclusion: SFC combined with Ipratropium bromide can further enhance the efficacy of SFC in improving lung function and life quality of the patients with e moderate and severe COPD,improve their movement tolerance and delay the decrease of their lung function as well.更多还原
