原子吸收光谱法测定中药玫瑰花中的微量元素

【摘要】 目的:建立测定中药玫瑰花中的Ca、Fe、Zn 3种微量元素含量的方法。方法:利用干灰化法处理样品,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定玫瑰花中Ca、Fe、Zn 3种元素的含量。结果:玫瑰花中Ca含量为3 096μg/g,Fe为67.06μg/g,Zn为87.82μg/g;各元素回收率在98.32%~101.20%之间,RSD≤3.1%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于玫瑰花中微量元素的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the contents of three trace elements Ca,Fe,Zn in Flos Rosae Rugosae.Methods: The samples were treated with ashing by muffle furnace.The contents of three trace elements in Flos Rosae Rugosae were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Results: The contents of Ca,Fe,and Zn were 3 096,67.06,87.82 μg/g,respectively.The recoveries of three elements were between 98.32 % and 101.2 %.And the RSD was less than or equal to 3.1 %.Conclusion: The method is sample,accurate,repeatable,and can be used in the determination of trace elements in Flos Rosae Rugosae.
